Walk-Along for Lupus Sponsors
We offer several levels of corporate sponsorship that businesses, either local, national or even web based can take advantage of, to not only show their support of people living with lupus, but to also showcase their business online and off
Bronze Sponsorship- $500 entitles you to your company logo on our walk t-shirt, listing on our sponsor boards at the walk site, listing on our walk website for 30 days, mention in 1 walk PSA, and 1 walk e-newsletter and you will receive our official walk-along sponsor logo for your website and printed material.
Silver Sponsorship-$750 entitles you to your company logo on the walk T-shirt, listing on our sponsor boards at the walk site, 60 days of your logo & link on our walk website, thank you plaque, mention in 1 walk PSA (online and off), mention in 2 e-newsletters, link on our facebook group page for 60 days, your company name, link & sponsorship level will be tweeted 2 times prior to the walk on our twitter page to over 500 people and growing, and you will receive our official walk-along sponsor logo for your website and printed material. This level also entitles you to mile marker signage of your company logo as well as the opportunity to give a hand-out to our walkers as they pass your mile marker. All hand-outs must be in a bag and be pre-approved by our office.
Gold Sponsorship- $1,000 entitles you to all of the above, (except for mile markers) and includes your company logo and link on our walk website for 90 days, mention in 2 walk PSA`s (online and off), mention with logo and link in 3 walk e-newsletters, link on our facebook group page for 90 days, logo on our walk packet which goes to over (5000 people), Company name, link and sponsor level will be tweeted 3 times prior to the walk on our twitter page to over 500 people and growing. It also entitles you to a display table at the walk site.
Platinum Sponsorship—$2,500 entitles you to all of the above including your logo and link on our walk website for 120 days, prominent listing on sponsor boards at the walk site, specific mention in 4 walk PSA`s (online and off), 5 walk e-newsletters, logo on the walk brochures (46,000) and walk envelopes (10,000), a sign with your company name on it and registration for 10 walkers, link on our facebook group page for 120 days, company name, link, and sponsorship level will be tweeted 4 times prior to the walk, on Twitter page to over 500 people and growing. Camera-ready logo Deadline: June 30, 2011.
Product Sponsor – In order to qualify as a Walk-Along for Lupus product sponsor you must donate at least 500 of a particular item. Items sought include: Drinks, packaged snacks, and items for registration gifts such as company hats, tote bags, pens, key chains etc. Product Sponsors will be listed on the Walk Sponsor page with logo & link for 90 days will receive mention in 2 walk PSA`s (online and off), 2 walk e-newsletters, logo and link on our facebook page for 60 days and will get your logo on the back of the Walk T-Shirts. You will also receive an Official Product Sponsor logo from us for your website & printed materials. Any product donation of fewer than 500 pieces are gratefully accepted, but you will not be eligible to have your logo on our Walk-T-Shirts; however everything else above will apply.
Camera-ready logo for above sponsorships (except Platinum) needs to reach us no later than September 18, 2011.
